Andrew Bell - Ivy Tech Northeast Engineering Department Chair
Andy Bell is the Department Chair of Engineering at Ivy Tech Community College-Northeast. He is responsible for
four engineering programs and is the Co-PI and PI on two NSF ATE grants. Previously, Andy worked at ITT GS where
he designed, analyzed, and tested many defense and space products to include weather satellites and U.S. Army
radios. He earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York
and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts. He has also completed all
course work for a PhD in Systems Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
